I’m Jim Matuga. I’m learning to live a more intentional life—rooted in faith, shaped by discipline, and refined through leadership, listening, writing, service, and time outdoors.
For more than a decade that pursuit of intentionality has guided how I lead, how I work, how I care for my health, and how I treat people.
I founded InnerAction Media in 2011 after years working in newspaper, television, and digital media.
Hosting Positively West Virginia since 2018 has reinforced something I believe deeply: quiet leadership, humility, and perseverance matter.
My life is anchored by family. I’m married to my wife Rebekah and we’re grateful for our children Dylan and Jordan and our grandsons Conor and Evan.
Outside of work you’ll often find me fishing, hiking, training, boating, making music, or somewhere outdoors.
